Standard and Bespoke Solutions

Platform size, configuration, barrier and gate style to suit your exact requirements including: interlocked gates, goal posts, open or clad barriers, lift up barriers, manual and powered hydraulic bridge plates. Lowered heights from 150mm/200mm, raised height 1600mm

Platform surface available in a choice of slip resistant finishes such as tread plate, grit paint , fibregrid and treadtex.  Lifts can be finished in stainless steel and galvanised materials, all RAL powder coat C4 paint colours are available

Lifting capacities from 1000Kg to 3000Kg.  All lifts have two or four chromed, honed and air tested hydraulic cylinders  with rupture valves, wiper seals, clapet vales and armoured hoses. High tensile box and I profile scissor mechanisms with torsion bars at points of maximum stress and solid steel pivot blocks to provide optimum strength and stability

Remotely mounted or integral microprocessor controlled power packs, 3ph or 1ph with 24vDC control systems.  Deadman “press to run” controls positioned in locations of your choice. IP54/IP66 switch gear. Overload protection pressure valve, adjustable flow valve, oil level indicator included
